Government Should Treat us as wives, KAM WIRE Urges the Government at MAN AGM Meeting
A business tycoon, and Chairman of KAM WIRES holdings, Dr. Kamal Yusuff, urged the state government to treat them as wives.

Yusuf stated this at the 7th Annual General Meeting of Kwara/Kogi branch of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) held on Thursday in ilorin.

According to Dr. Yusuff as quoted in his statement ” See us as a tool towards achieving your goals, see us as the oil in your machine, we are helping you to eradicate poverty by creating job opportunities for the people in the state”.
Dr Yusuff also urged the tax agencies to give them words of encouragement as they are their “machines”.
Furthermore, the guest lecturer Dr. Aderemi Medupin of Al- Hikimah University, Ilorin addresses the theme of the program” African Continental Free Trade Agreement: Focus on the Competitive Strengths of Nigerian Manufacturers” in his lecture he also, addresses the issues confronting oil in Nigeria.
We are oil producing country. We export crude oil and finally import refined back to Nigeria.
it is not only about exporting and importing oil but, the issue is the fact that the process of refining oil leads to about 27 bi- products. For example, fertilizer, plastics and so on. In other words, there are so many things people that are refining oil locally can benefit from what God has given to us” Medupin discloses.
